Sunset builders did an excellent job with an addition and upgrading the exterior on our home. We converted and extended an existing sitting room into a new master bedroom and full bath with huge walk in shower, free standing tub, separate WC and custom cabinetry. We also had them add a screened in porch with entrance off the deck and from living room.

They completely upgraded the exterior with new siding and stacked stone around the entrance and front of the house.

Everything was custom designed to our needs and they were very receptive to our ideas and input. Nothing was too much trouble and if we had changes they were actioned right away.

We have received many compliments from neighbors on what a great transformation they did.
We would highly recommend Sunset Builders for your construction and remodeling projects.

My kitchen remodel: biggest “need” was more storage; biggest “want” was lighter, brighter, more modern space. Success! Sunset Builders gave me a top-quality, timely remodel. All of my needs and wants were met, and the result exceeded my expectations.

I always felt included in all stages of the remodeling process but was never stressed by the activity. Sunset Builders maintained good communication throughout the project, including planning & design, bid proposal, contract, selection and purchase of materials, and project organization. Caleb Ostrander (Builder) and Ed Vanderbeck (estimator and salesperson) worked with me to formulate the best plan for my kitchen remodel. The manager of daily construction was Isaac Ostrander, who managed the building crews and contacted me every day to hear my feedback, answer questions, and let me know the plans for the next day.

Thanks to all members of the Sunset Builders team for their technical expertise, customer interaction and interpersonal skills, hard work, and top-quality results. My project was their priority. I definitely recommend Sunset Builders and will use them again!

We had our kitchen completely remodeled, carpets replaced with hardwood, a pocket door installed, wall moved, and painting.  Each crew was very professional, and courteous, skilled, and conscientious.  Projects were completed per schedule.  Management also was accommodating.  We would highly recommend Sunset Builders LLC for any of your home remodeling projects. Dear Sunset Builders,
As you know my wife Kim and I purchased land in Morgan County Tennessee recently and were looking for a contractor to build our detached garage/work shop and then hopefully our retirement home. We interviewed and received quotes from many different builders but in the end decided on your company. Of course we reserved the right to decide if we would use your company to build our retirement home depending on how the garage you built turned out. Without reservation we will without a doubt be using your company to build our future home. From the very beginning, first Phil and then Caleb we could not have been more satisfied and impressed. Phil’s ideas and experience was so very helpful in the design and drawings for our garage. he explained each step to us from beginning to end and offered suggestions and ideas that turned out to be very helpful and beautiful in the end. As far as the actual builder Caleb Ostrander, we were truly blessed to have this man working with us in this endeavor. Although this was one of the wettest winters in history, Caleb and his crew were on site every opportunity they had and met our needs and expectations in regards to the completion time table. My wife and I live out of state so this in itself created unusual circumstances for our build. With that in mind though Caleb and I remained in constant contact via telephone calls, texting and photographs. Caleb’s skills and recommendations resulted in our garage being a true “show place”. His attention to detail is unmatched and we feel very comfortable knowing that our retirement home will be in the very capable hands of Caleb, Phil and the entire Sunset Builders staff.

Unbelievable! That’s what Sunset Builders are! I have used them for several years- big jobs and several small jobs and have always been very satisfied. When I had a home project I called Sunset Builders. Caleb came to the house and we discussed the projects. He really LISTENS! Several options were suggested. Several days later an itemized bid was delivered. I reviewed the bid, signed it, sent it off.

The crew arrived on the scheduled date. They were always on time, did their job without wasting time, were courteous, detail oriented, well informed and consulted as needed. They had a positive attitude and great work ethic.

Dear Caleb,
isaac just left after completing finishing touches on the encapsulation project. Very happy to see humidity in the crawl space has dropped to a consistent 47% with the wrap, drain, and dehumidifier installed.

I have to say we have been very satisfied with all the work done this year starting with the sewing room addition, front porch modification, attic and crawl space insulation, potting shed/wood shed construction, barn extension, and encapsulation projects. Appreciate your team starting and completing these projects on time, according to plan, and keeping the work site clean at the end of each workday.
